Hmmm... if the Deputy of police in South Africa is saying this .....then all I can say is no wonder. No wonder the authorities are standing by and watching this issue play out! 
When the police believes it’s “understandable “ ..... can we blame them? 
Boko Haram slaughter people everyday in Nigeria, to travel from lagos to Ibadan you will pray and fast not to be kidnapped; you sit in traffic in lagos and robbers attack you etc yet our government is silent!
